Purpose

The form below is a proof of concept of the enquiry form currently on the site. The key changes will be:

• Adding conditional messaging for practices we no longer offer.
• Adding additional questions for some practices.

The focus will be on getting the functionality working, the wording of the conditionals is not final, and it to show the potential changes we can do.

The privacy policy tickbox has been added to ensure moving forward we have explicit consent someone agrees to the privacy policy and we can market to them

Limitations

The submit button will appear when someone sees the exclusion messages e.g. for non union wills, unless we add JavaScripting which requires a developer.

The alternative is redirecting someone to a page with the messaging when they try and submit the form. Select employment law to view this functionality

The conditionals are possible, but to fully utilise them we need a developer.
