Denis O’Callaghan

Denis specialises in employment and industrial law. He also advises health practitioners under investigation by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. He is committed to providing the best representation for health professionals and healthcare workers when their livelihoods are under threat.  A former nurse, Denis has experience in legal and healthcare settings in Melbourne and regional Victoria, including as an organiser and industrial officer with the Australian Nursing Federation.
