Carol is a highly experienced relationship manager. She has extensive experience in assisting members with a broad range of legal matters, including workers’ compensation, employment law, motor vehicle accidents, criminal and family law. She is the first port of call for members and is highly experienced in managing key relationships in the labour movement. Carol has been working closely with unions and their members for over a decade, and takes great pride in the collaborative relationships she creates with them.

Amber has been practising exclusively in personal injury law since 2008. She is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law.Throughout her career, Amber has gained extensive litigation experience, acting for workers in the Magistrates’, County and Supreme Courts of Victoria. She has seen first-hand the financial and emotional strain placed on injured workers and their families and the devastating impact that this can have on the workers’ physical and mental health. She is inspired by the strength and tenacity of her clients and is passionate about advocating for the rights of workers.

Anastasia is an accredited specialist in personal injury law. She has had over 15 years’ experience in Workers’ Compensation fighting for the rights of injured workers against large companies and insurance agents. She also acts on behalf for many seriously injured people involved in motor vehicle accidents in Victoria. One of the most rewarding aspects of her job is acting for people who need help during one of the most difficult periods in their life. She is committed to fighting for people’s rights whether it’s for a lump sum compensation or fighting for the right of their medical expenses to be paid for. Anastasia currently sits on the Law Institute of Victoria, Transport Accident Committee and Workers Compensation Committee.

Haili joined Gordon Legal in 2023 as a paralegal whilst completing her Juris Doctor at Monash University before becoming a graduate lawyer on the Motor Vehicle Accidents team in 2024. During her time at Gordon Legal, Haili has gained experience across class actions, worker’s compensation, and motor vehicle accident claims. Prior to studying law, Haili attained a Bachelor of Science and Psychology as well as a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and has had extensive experience in the education sector. Haili’s passion to help people who have suffered personal injuries continues to inspire her to advocate for social justice and obtain positive outcomes for her clients.

Imogen is a lawyer working in the Class Actions and Commercial Team. Whilst completing her Juris Doctor at RMIT, she joined Gordon Legal as a paralegal where she gained valuable experience in class actions including the Robodebt, Box Hill Institute Student Pilot, and Doctors in Training Class Actions. Prior to studying law, Imogen completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Master of Public Policy and Management at The University of Melbourne.
